Don't Let the Bed Bugs Bite

Bed bugs are small, flat, reddish-brown insects that feed on human blood, often leaving behind itchy, irritated bites.

These pests are notoriously hard to spot, as they hide in small crevices like mattresses, carpets, furniture, and even behind electrical outlets. Common signs of a bed bug infestation include:

  • Clusters of red, itchy bites

  • Blood or dark fecal spots on bedding

  • Shed skins or tiny eggshells near sleeping areas

Bed bugs multiply quickly, and their ability to hide makes DIY treatments unreliable. Missed eggs or hidden bugs can lead to a fast return of the infestation. That’s why our professional treatment plan and follow-up program are designed to fully eliminate bed bugs so you can get back to resting easily.

Treatment Process

We offer specialized and extensive treatment options.

1)

An inspection of the dwelling may be completed prior to treatment by a SHIELD professional (if needed).

2)

A clear Preparation Guide will be provided to the occupants prior to treatment.

3)

All bed bug harbourage areas (including couches, beds, dressers, frames, etc) will be treated as necessary to ensure the elimination of all live bugs and eggs.

4)

The interior perimeter, outlets, harbourage areas, etc. will be treated with a residual pesticide that will leave you protected!

5)

A detailed After Treatment Guide will be provided.

6)

Depending on the product used to eradicate the bed bugs during service, a follow-up service may be required 10-14 days after the treatment.
